Shipping & duties to the US

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

U.S. import duties and taxes are included in our prices. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we pay the duties to DHL ourselves when your watch clears customs, so nobody asks you for money at the door. No customs invoice, no surprise fees.

How long it takes

These are estimates counted from the day you order. Weekends and federal holidays don't count as business days.

• Catalog watches ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days.
• Custom watches, designed in our configurator, are built to order: allow 9–12 days from your order to your door.

Where your watch ships from

Catalog watches ship from our workshop in Lyon, France. Custom watches are assembled to order by our manufacturing partner and ship straight to you. Either way, it's DHL Express with duties paid.

Tracking

As soon as your watch ships, you get a DHL tracking number by email. You can also check your order anytime on our order tracking page.

Where we deliver

We ship to street addresses in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. DHL Express can't deliver to P.O. boxes.

Ordering a gift? Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
