30-day returns

How to return a watch

1. Email contact@modus-horlogerie.fr with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the watch in its original box with everything it came with, stick the label on the parcel and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.
4. Once we receive it, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.

What we accept

• Watches from the catalog and custom watches from the configurator.
• Unworn, with no marks and no strap or bracelet adjustment.
• In the original packaging, with the watch box, warranty card and accessories.

What we refund

The full amount you paid for the watch. Duties and taxes are part of our prices, so they come back to you too. The return label costs you nothing.

Prefer another model?

Say so in your email: we'll swap it for another watch instead of refunding you.

After 30 days: the 3-year warranty

Every Modus watch is covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects affecting the movement, the water resistance or general operation. See our after-sales service and warranty page.
