Frequently asked questions
- How many friends can I refer?
- Up to 10 per code, and €20 for each one.
- Why do I have to wait for the gift card?
- Your friend has 30 days to send their watch back. The card goes out once that period is over, about 5 weeks after their order (7 for a configurator watch).
- My friend is already a customer: does it count?
- Referrals reward a first order. Someone who has already ordered can use the code, but it won't earn you a gift card.
- Can the code be combined with other discounts?
- No: one discount code per order, and it doesn't stack with the second watch offer (the better discount is kept). Shipping stays free. Duties and taxes are included in the price: nothing to pay at delivery.
- I can't find my code.
- It's on your order tracking page. Otherwise, write to us from the contact page with your order number.
