Workshop and quality control
Regulation, a 24-hour timekeeping check and a water-resistance test, one watch at a time. Nothing ships without going through one of our workshops, in Los Angeles or Lyon, France. Delivered in its presentation box with a numbered warranty card.
Catalog watches ship from our Los Angeles workshop and arrive in 2–5 business days. Duties and taxes are included in the price: nothing to pay at delivery. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Wear it for a few days. If it isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery: send it back and we refund the full price of the watch (return shipping at your expense unless it is faulty), or swap it for another model. No questions asked.
Three years on the movement, the stated water resistance and general operation. If anything goes wrong, our own workshops take care of it: diagnosis within 5 days, then repair or replacement at our expense.
