Workshop and quality control
Regulation, a 24-hour timekeeping check and a water-resistance test, one watch at a time. Nothing ships without going through our Los Angeles workshop. Delivered in its presentation box with a numbered warranty card.
Your watch ships within 1–2 business days with DHL Express, tracked and insured, and arrives in 5–8 business days. Duties and taxes are included in the price: nothing to pay at delivery. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Wear it for a few days. If it isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery: we email you a prepaid return label and refund you in full, or swap it for another model. No questions asked.
Three years on the movement, the stated water resistance and general operation. If anything goes wrong, our own workshop takes care of it: diagnosis within 5 days, then repair or replacement at our expense.
